I’m having an issue with BestBuy emails. I consistently mark them as Spam, and the majority of them come in marked that way and go to the Spam folder. But every 4th or 5th one slips through. So I mark it as Spam and then it’s fine for a few days. It’s been going on for months. These are the only ones that slip through.

Thanks for sending the report. It seems that SpamSieve is not blocking all these messages because you also received good messages from the same address. It looks like these may be legitimate e-mails (sent from the real Best Buy), so the best thing to do is unsubscribe from their mailing list. That should stop 100% of the messages, and it will avoid the problems associated with training SpamSieve that legitimate e-mails are spam.
