I’ve started receiving a lot of spam in my inbox that appears to be sent from my own address. Can I train these as spam, or would that affect real messages from myself?
Yes, if they are spam, you should train them as spam. This shouldn’t cause problems so long as you also train a few good messages from your own address as good. Also, please see the How do I make SpamSieve catch spams sent from my own address? page.
