Different commands in Postbox from Apple Mail?

I’ve been using Apple Mail with spamsieve, but am giving PostBox a try. I have everything installed including the 1.04 plugin.

I don’t see the same menu commands that I had in Apple Mail for PostBox. Does PostBox use it’s regular internal spam commands to run spamsieve or am I missing something?
