How to handle SPAM that is primarily an image

I received an email that purports to be from AmericanExpress which is interesting because I do not have an account with AmericanExpress. It appears that most of the message is an image. Throughout the message are the typical fake links as indicated when I allow my mouse pointer to hover over the link. Should I use the SpamSieve - Train as Spam on this message?

Yes, you should treat this like any other spam message. If SpamSieve does not automatically put it in the spam mailbox, you should train it as spam.
