Looking for an email only solution

This is not directly realted to SpamSieve as it works great. My problem is my website host lets a lot of spam thru which goes in my my junk folder. But since my host has marked it as spam, spamsieve doesn’t automatically move it to spam. So I’m looking for an email only service for my 3 emails.

Any suggestions?

That shouldn’t be necessary because the Junk mailbox for the server filter and SpamSieve should be one and the same. Please see this page.
