Using a .sparseimage with Dropbox

I would like to use Dropbox to access an email archive from two locations. I understand from Eaglefiler’s help that the best method is to use a sparseimage i.e. “EagleFiler will wrap up your library and all its files into a single .sparseimage file” I’d be grateful for a tip on how to to this as I’ve also seen references in the forum to using DropDMG and I’m not sure how to proceed. Thanks.

Bill

You can do it directly from EagleFiler. Just choose File > New Library, make sure “Encrypt library using passphrase” is checked, and select “Sparse Disk Image” from the pop-up menu.

Thank you for your help Michael.
