[2.9.44b1] “About Habeas” Link in Preferences > Filters Gives Error 404

When I click the “About Habeas” button in Preferences>Filters:

My browser goes to https://returnpath.com/fr/telechargements/certification/ and I get this:

Questions:

• So, does this setting still make any sense? Is the “Habeas Safelist” itself still functional?
• If yes to both above, where could I read something about it?

I think the Habeas Safelist was shut down, and the checkbox will be removed in a future version of SpamSieve.
