After upgrade, Spamsieve won't launch

When I try to launch it from the finder, I get this message: “You can’t open the application SpamSieve because it may be damaged or incomplete”

Not sure how to proceed?

First, check your hard drive for damage using Disk Utility (or, better yet, a full Drive Genius “Scan”). Then download a fresh copy of SpamSieve and follow the “Updating” instructions in the Read Me file.
