Apple mail appears in junk box

The email addresses I use are … @ gmail.com and … @ upcmail.nl. It sometimes happens that a received message ends up in the junk mailbox and not in the Spam box. I am using apple mail in MacOs Catalina 10.5.7

Please make sure that any server junk filters are off.
