Apple Mail wont Search with SpamSieve running

Hi, I’ve had a problem over recent weeks where Apple Mail wont find any results to a mailbox search. The problem goes away and search within mail is fully functional if I turn off SpamSieve. Turn SpamSieve back on the problem returns.

Anyone else having this problem, or found a solution?

SpamSieve 2.9.42
Mac OS Big Sur 11.1

Could you explain what you mean by “turn off SpamSieve”? I think there must be some other factor here because SpamSieve doesn’t do anything related to Mail’s searching, and we’ve not heard any other reports of this problem.

Hi Michael,

Unchecking the SpamSieve.mailbundle check box in the Mail Manage Plugins preferences.
