Appleid@id.apple.com' junk?

Spamsieve seems to have stopped working, as my inbox is full of junk and the junk in my junk email box doesn’t go away with the apple script. I have tried restarting everything.

All of this junks seems to come from one faked address: appleid@id.apple.com’ (with the apostrophe) so I wonder if there is some reason why SpamSieve can’t process this? I have trained it as spam several times with no effect.

More info: Used train as spam on a message, and it did move. I moved it back to the inbox and clicked filter and it did move again. But when I tried filter on a bunch of other appleid@id.apple.com’ messages, they didn’t move. Only the specific one I trained as spam

Just checked the log. It thinks all of the appleid@id.apple.com’ messages (with the apostrophe) are good unless I identify that specific message as spam. I filtered "A Milestone Mastercard as spam and it stuck.

How do I get all of the appleid@id.apple.com’ messages to be identified as spam?

Please use the Save Diagnostic Report command in the Help menu and send me the report file, as described here.

I don’t think the apostrophe is causing any problems. The spam messages that show as:

:green_circle:Predicted: Good

in the log (with the green circle) are mistakes and need to be trained as spam. Otherwise, SpamSieve will still have their sender names on its allowlist.
