All of our apps are affected by this bug that’s been introduced in the latest Monterey beta. Many non-C-Command apps are affected, too. We recommend not updating to that beta version. If you have updated already and are seeing the bug, please file a feedback with Apple and reference ours (FB10565806).
This seems to be fixed in the release candidate for macOS 12.5.
