Back/forward button for links, files

Hi, I also needing a back/forward button. I have a few links to other files for quick glance and when I click them, it goes straight to Records. And going back to the file I was working with previously, it creates a strain on the brain trying to locate the file I was working on.

Can there be also open link in another tab feature?

Those are both features that I plan to add. For now, there is a global preference (OpenEagleFilerURLsInNewWindow in the esoteric preferences) to make links open in a new window/tab.
