Blocking good senders?

I’m running SpamSieve 3.1 under macOS 14.16.1 and I use Apple Mail. I have a problem where when I order something from a local business they normally send me a confirmation “your order is ready” email, but the last two times I placed an order with them I never received the confirmation. I’ve checked with them and they say they still send confirmation messages. Where should I look in SpamSieve to see if it is incorrectly treating those confirmations as spam?

You can look in the Junk mailbox in Mail or in the Log window in SpamSieve.

In the Log, how can In isolate all the entries that are either trained or predicted as spam?

There’s currently no way to filter the Log window to only show certain types of log entries, but you can search for the domain or name of the business that sent you the e-mail.

Resolved; I had some Apple Mail rules that were treating some good emails as junk.
