Blocking Junk mail

Tried following along with the response to another similar post but don’t understand.

i get a ton of spam that already goes to my junk folder and i want to automatically go to trash.
Can someone advise how to set this up with SpamSieve?

If you’re using Apple Mail, you can read about the
Move it to the Trash if the spam score is at least setting.
