Can't find spam emails rejected by SS

I have been running SS for many years an am very happy with it.

My one problem is that I am unable to find messages that have been rejected as spam by SS. I would like to have the facility to glance at my SS spam mail box to satisfy my self that good messages are not being caught.

I am running Apple Mail on Sequoia 15.6.1

Can anyone help me find my spam?

SpamSieve moves the spam messages to the standard Junk mailbox in Apple Mail. You can also view the Predicted: Spam messages in SpamSieve’s Log window.

Thanks Michael

When I first signed up for SS, about 10 years ago, I was being overwhelmed by spam which is why I was interested to see where it was all going now. I had a look at my log and was surprised at how few spam emails I am receiving these days; (fingers crossed) I am now only getting 2 or 3 per day - I can’t imagine why the volume has declined so much. And you are correct, they are going to the Junk folder.

George

Usually when people report something like this it’s because their mail provider has a server-side spam filter that’s become more aggressive, either at quarantining suspected spam messages (visible in their Web interface) or outright deleting them. If you find that you’re missing any good message, you may want to dial back or disable the server filter and let SpamSieve handle more of the spam.

Thanks Michael

That’s good advice
