Trying to install Spamseive 3.1 on a MAC Mini M4 Sequoia 15.1.1. Followed the install instructions to a T from the installation page. Everything enabled, etc. but no SpamSieve in “Mail” When I click Spamsieve in the dock or top menu “Train as Spam / Train as Good” are greyed out? What’s the secret?
PS: I had 3.1 working on my old Mac Pro before I bought this Mini Mac M4 a couple weeks ago? Deleted it off the old computer, downloaded a clean version to this new one and …???
It sounds like you are looking in the wrong place. The commands at the top level of the menus (where it says Apple Mail):
are never grayed out.
If you want to train a message in Apple Mail, you need to choose the menu command while Mail is the active (frontmost) app. Or if you choose the menu command while in Outlook it would know that you want to train from Outlook.
