Capture Error in Apple Mail 9.2 - EagleFiler cannot find the mailbox

Hi
I’m unable to capture selected mail messages. I’ve been using EagleFiler for years and I have a Library full of captured email messages. I upgraded to a new MacBook Pro with OS X El Capitan (aka OS X 10.11) and now when I select messages from Mail and press my capture key I get an error message:

Capture Error An error occurred when capturing from Mail: EagleFile cannot find the mailbox <my mailbox> on disk.

Any ideas how I can resolve this issue?

I can capture other files, such as web pages so I know that my Library is fine and that EagleFiler is working. When I try to capture messages, I see some messages on-screen for a few seconds as EagleFile starts to capture the messages and then it gives me this error.

Does this happen when capturing from any account or mailbox, or just a certain one? Please contact me via e-mail and send a screenshot showing what the Mail window looks like right before you press the capture key.

This bug is fixed in the EagleFiler public beta.
