Displaying old errors?

Hello,

I quit EagleFiler today, and while the windows where closing I saw there was a “could not import URL” error in the error list. As I’ve been collecting a lot of important information, I immediately started EF again to see what the URL in question was, but the error window is now empty.

I tried to look at EF log in the Console, and the only thing I see is:

2008-05-13 16:33:59,038 - jobs.pyc:1696 Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1013 UserInfo=0x1bd430a0 “Operation could not be completed. (NSURLErrorDomain error -1013.)”
2008-05-13 16:33:59,073 - jobs.pyc:1698 userInfo: {
}
2008-05-13 16:33:59,675 - jobs.pyc:445 error: <AddURLJob 0x22b170b8> CouldNotImportURLError: CouldNotImportURLError

which does not tell me the URL.

How can I find old unresolved (i.e. not manually removed) errors? Or where should I look to find the URL that was not imported?

The URL will be available in the Errors window, but the contents of the Errors window are not saved between launches. Error -1013 means that authentication was required to access that URL. I would have expected the URL error in the log to include the URL, but since it doesn’t seem to always do this, I’ll make a change in the next version to explicitly log the URL.

Great, thanks.

I’ve added some more URL error logging in EagleFiler 1.3.3.
