DOC Icon and Duplicating Selection

Anyone have any idea how to “get rid” of a duplicated selective option within the Doc Icon?

I suddenly have TWO “EagleFilerFiles.eflibrary” options appear in my Doc Icon, only one works but I want to get rid of the inoperative one…any ideas.

You could try File ‣ Open Recent ‣ Clear Menu.
