Hi Michael, Thanks for the updated release. I have done the upgrade but note that the “Drop Pad” no longer dwells on the desktop continuously but minimises when I minimise the Eaglefiler program. This is different than the previous version and I wondered if that is intended in the new release or perhaps a bug? Cheers Carl
Could you explain what you mean by both instances of “minimise” here? I don’t think EagleFiler ever minimizes the Drop Pad to the Dock. There may be some cases where its window gets hidden, though, if you are on a display/space with no EagleFiler windows. That’s what changed in this version. However, if the Drop Pad is showing on a space and you minimize an EagleFiler browser window to the Dock, the Drop Pad should still stay visible.

Thanks. There doesn’t appear to be any sound with your video, but I gather that when you say “minimize” you are switching groups using Stage Manager. If you want it to appear with other groups (which don’t contain EagleFiler windows) you could click this link to revert to the EagleFiler 1.9.17 behavior. Maybe this needs to be a full setting, because I could see people wanting it to work either way.
