Duplication of filtering in iCloud good, bad, or makes no difference?

Prior to deploying SpamSieve on my Mac, I built a number (too embarrassing to mention, but it has 3 digits) of Rules on the iCloud Mail page of the iCloud web site. They still are there post-install of SpamSieve. My question is whether I leave them there (good?), get rid of them all (bad because it is messing up SpamSieve), or it makes no difference, so I can keep them or delete them. They are all spam rules to take the emails and move to trash and mark as read.

They won’t mess up SpamSieve, but SpamSieve won’t be able to protect you from any messages that they mistaken delete because they will already have been removed from your inbox.
