Microsoft Outlook for Mac version 16.42 has a new user interface. You can toggle between the “classic” user interface and the “new” user interface. When using the “new” user interface, it appears the Fn F1 to bulk copy an Outlook folder to Eagle Filer no longer works. I have to drag the emails into Eagle Filer.
“New” Outlook does not currently support AppleScript, so it can’t work with EagleFiler’s capture key. You can go here to ask Microsoft to prioritize restoring AppleScript support. Until then, dragging and dropping messages into the EagleFiler window or Dock icon is a good workaround.
