Emails to self getting tagged as spam ? recent change in behavior

I have a habit of taking notes as emails and emailing them to myself (from same email address typically). Have done this for a # of years. I feel like in the last few months (struggling to correlate to 3.0.5 or < 3.0.4 releases), when I am doing this, the emails are getting tagged as spam. I have been checking Junk folder and “Train as Good”. But emails to myself keep getting marked as spam.

I am guessing this is due to some rules around how to handle what looks like emails from same email address. But I have not had this issue until recently so wondering what potentially changed with SpamSieve? I verified Apple Mail junk detection is off, no other Mail extensions other than SpamSieve active.

Thoughts?

We have not changed anything related to this with SpamSieve. The first step is to see whether SpamSieve is actually the reason that these messages when to the Junk mailbox.
