All my emails are going into the spam box. Not aware of any changes to the computer. Re-installed the plug-in, no luck. How can I fix this?

Found the problem. It was a SpamSieve rule on another computer. The rule was a relic from when MobileMe would synchronize Mail rules. This rule was turned on when the computer was upgraded to Lion. Thank you.
