Every time I open SpamSieve 3.2.2, I get the introductory pop-up with instructions on how to install it and set it up

Any advice for why this is happening or how I can avoid it?

This is on a MacBook Pro M3 running Mac OS 26.1

SpamSieve shows the Welcome window and help if you have not trained it with at least one good message and one spam message. Did you follow the instructions to do an initial training? How many messages of each type does it say are in the corpus?

If the corpus is empty and you did not expect it to be, then the Welcome is a useful indicator that something isn’t right, like maybe SpamSieve’s were deleted.
