Hi! For some reason I have two files stuck in the “Unfiled” folder. I have moved them to their own subfolders, but they still appear in Unfiled. I performed a rescan but they are still there. Any ideas? Thanks.
You can use the Reveal in Finder command on a file to see where it actually is. Does revealing one of these files in Unfiled show it in the Files folder in Finder?
What does the EagleFiler window look like where it’s showing the file as somewhere else?
Scan for New Files will never move an existing file. It’s for detecting new files that were added to one of EagleFiler’s folders.
It appears that I somehow moved the files out from under EagleFiler. When I restarted it stated that the files were missing and Reveal in Finder took me to the location where they were supposed to be. I got an error message that they were missing. Not sure what I did, but it appears it was me. 
In that case, you should use Finder to move the files back to the correct locations.
