It is possible for Spamsieve to filter out incoming messages based on the receiver’s ( i.e., me) email address. I have changed my address because I was receiving too much SPAM. I have deleted the old address from my service provider’s email management system (in this case, HOSTPAPA). However, messages addressed to the old - now deleted - address have started coming in again. Can I use SpamSieve to block these? Thanks,
If you really want to block all messages to the old address, it is better to do this at the server level. Then you won’t even have to download those messages. I would encourage you to talk to your provider and figure out how to do this.
