Folders in /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support

There are a number of folders Good Messages, Spam Messages, False Messages and Messages. They all have content.

Is there a way I can remove the info in those folders or not even have them populated - or is it part of the system? Just seems a waste of space if not needed.

Thanks

Tony

Good Messages and Spam Messages are related to the backup feature. You can turn that off and delete the folders if you want.

False Negatives can be deleted if you want and will not be populated if you turn off Save false negatives to disk.

The Messages folder should get automatically cleaned up so that it only ever contains a small number of recent messages.
