French language spam

New to Spam Sieve. Purchased it to automatically get rid of french language spam I keep receiving. However it is not doing so. Is there anything I need to do to manually set up a filter to achieve my goal. Any help would be appreciated.

There’s nothing specific that you need to do for French language spam, but perhaps there’s a setup problem. Please see this page.
