Global link to current version of spamSieve?

I’m trying to deploy the spamSieve updates via autoPkg

I was going to create my own recipe, but I would need a non-changing URL that points to the current version of spamSieve. Unfortunately, all the links I can find are version specific. Is there such an animal?
