Hide dock icon or rather even run in background

Hi there,

just purchased SV and am really happy with the accuracy (given good training material). Thanks for this!

The only thing I miss is a way to easily get rid of the (sorry! taste differs ) ugly dock icon. I don’t understand why there needs to be any dock icon at all, if anything the menus should be parked in the top bar and ideally not need to start with the mail client(s) but run independently. Do you have plans to work on that?

Also, do you plan to make use of the new Mail plugin system in Monterey?
