High score spam not being sent to the Trash

I tried to lower the number of spam emails I have to process by changing my preference in Apple Mail / Filtering / “Move it to the Trash if the spam score is at least 95”, but it isn’t working.

For example, the latest spam email I received had a score of 99, and the background was blue. A blocklist rule was matched according to the log.

I have the preference in Apple Mail to “Enable junk mail filtering” unchecked. The log indicates that “There is no record of a server junk filter evaluating this message”. I’m using the script “Rescue Good Messages” in Apple Mail. The spam was sent to my Yahoo address.

What am I doing wrong?

If the message was moved to Junk by the Yahoo server spam filter, the rescue script needs to be configured to move the blue messages to the trash.
