When I search my email archive in EF, file names that match the search term are highlighted, but not hits in the content of messages. The illustration in the manual shows content hits being highlighted, so I presume this is supposed to be the case. Any idea what I could do to diagnose this?

EagleFiler 1.9.12 on Mac OS 12.6.7.
It sounds like maybe you are using View ‣ Message ‣ Use Quick Look. Search term highlighting and other more advanced view features are only available when using EagleFiler’s display engine (View ‣ Message ‣ Rich Text).
Quite right Michael and I’m sorry to come up with such an elementary question, but with any luck it will help others with the same problem.
