How can you figure out what is cause a good email to go to spam

I recently had a bunch of work emails disappear and found them in the spam folder. Would be great if you could figure out which filter action triggered the move so if erroneous you can remove… is there a way?

Yes, you can use the Open Log command to see which messages SpamSieve has processed. You’ll be able to see why SpamSieve predicated the message to be spam or, if it doesn’t have such a log entry, you would know that the message went to the Spam mailbox due to another filter/rule.
