How to 'Include preview in document'

Hi,

New user here, reading the manual carefully :slight_smile:

In the section 3.3 What can be imported for Numbers, Pages and Keynote the advice is to ‘Include preview in document’.

I’ve checked the ‘Save’ dialog and settings and searched the ‘Pages user guide’ but can’t find anything about including a preview.

Is this advice still valid? If so, how to follow it?

I think this is no longer necessary for two reasons:

  • It looks like the iWork apps now always do this—it’s no longer an option.

  • EagleFiler can now display iWork documents without needing an embedded preview.
