How to stop Spamsieve adding 'Good' category in Outlook?

How can I stop Spamsieve adding ‘Good’ category in Outlook? I’m using Version 16.85.1

This is extremely annoying. Please show me how I turn this off.

It will not apply the category if you use the Enable spam filtering for InboxSpamSieve option:

This is precisely the option I am using — yet I am still seeing the ‘Good’ category added to my messages…

I’m not sure what would cause that. Please use the Save Diagnostic Report command in the Help menu and send me the report file, as described here.
