How to turn off Spamsieve in Mac OS Sonoma?

Apple Mail on my new Mini 2 is really acting up. I haven’t received email for several days. I can send.

I want to make sure it’s not SpamSieve causing this. How do I remove it or deactivate it? Would it be a good idea to uninstall and see if that is the problem? Is there an uninstaller for the app?

Thanks for any help!

SpamSieve is unlikely to be the cause of the problem since it only processes messages after they’ve been received by Apple Mail. Any messages seen by SpamSieve would be listed in its Log window.

To turn it off, go to Settings ‣ Apple Mail ‣ Setup and select Disable spam filtering in Apple Mail:

I don’t think there’s any reason to uninstall the app, too, but you could drag it to the trash if you want.

Thanks. I can’t find the Apple Mail window you show. I have OS 14.2.2. I’ve looked under Settings in Mail and Sustem.

It’s the SpamSieve Settings window. You can open it by clicking on the SpamSieve Dock icon.
