I purchased EagleFiler and SpamSeive at same time but only received one serial number I tried the SS on eagle snd it would not accept it

I purchased SS and Eagle at the same time. I received one serial number for Spamseive.
What do I need to do to get the serial number for Eagle as well?

They were sent in separate e-mails at the same time. I have re-sent the EagleFiler one. You can also look up your license information here.
