When I import an enex file it comes without displaying the tags. all it displays is a blue dot.
Is this normal behaviour?
It should be importing the tags if they were in the exported ENEX file. Do you see them in the file? Or if you want to send me a test file to examine, you can e-mail it to eaglefiler@c-command.com.
I think it’s me that’s confused. The tags (if any) appear at the bottom of the file viewer window. The column where I thought they would appear is the one that marks them read/unread - hence the blue dot.
Apologies for the confusion.
The Tags column shows the abbreviation symbols for the tags. These can be set in the Tags inspector.
Or you can show the Tag Names column, which will show the full tag names in the list.
