Import from Apple Mail smart folder - best option import key?

I am importing mail from Apple Mail smart folders via the select all > F1 smart key. Is there a more efficient way or is this the best/only option?

When doing a big import from Apple Mail, it is more efficient to follow the Importing Mailbox Hierarchies instructions to directly import Mail’s folders from Finder to EagleFiler. The capture key is pretty fast, though, so I would only bother with this extra step for a very large amount of mail.

However, smart mailboxes do not exist on disk, so in that case the options are to use the capture key or to export from Mail and then import the file into EagleFiler. I recommend using the capture key because it is better at preserving metadata and data integrity.
