Is this message related to SpamSieve?

All day, messages such as this one keep popping up. Every message relates to a message that SpamSieve is in the process of flagging and moving to Junk, but the message never arrives in Junk. I don’t understand what mailbox and server this message is referring to, but I assume it is because something might be wrong in iCloud and actually have nothing to do with my computer, or SpamSieve.

Just checking to see if anyone has some insight.

Yes, this looks like an issue with the iCloud server.

Seems to be solved now. Server back up I suppose.
