Everytime I open Airmail, SpamSieve opens its full windows like I was first inbstalling it. I am running a Macbook and Ventura.
What’s that about?
SpamSieve shows the Welcome window and help if you have not trained it with at least one good message and one spam message. Did you follow the instructions to do an initial training? How many messages of each type does the Statistics window say are in the corpus?
If the corpus is empty and you did not expect it to be, then the Welcome is a useful indicator that something isn’t right. For example, perhaps there’s a file permissions problem that is preventing SpamSieve from saving the information to disk.
