Is there a limit to the size of a Library?

Also, can multiple Libraries be searched at once?

If not, can mailboxes be moved from one Library to another (so they can be searched in one step)?

No.

Not within the EagleFiler app, but you can search across libraries (though not mailbox contents) via Spotlight.

Yes, you can drag and drop any record between libraries to copy it.
