Limit to library size

New owner. In process of importing more than 25gb of mail from Outlook 2011 for MAC. Is there an advantage of having several libraries (perhaps by year) vs one large library. I assume search is one advantage if search only works on a single library at a time???

Thanks,
David

Yes, EagleFiler will only search one library at a time. Multiple libraries could be handy if you often want to view or search only a particular subset of the mail. In most cases I would recommend a single library, as that’s a bit simpler. There’s no size limit. If you import as mailboxes rather than .eml files, the performance will be pretty much the same either way.
