Mail gets sent to Junk despite beeing trained as good

I have used SpamSieve (now 2.9.48) as a drone since 2015. Now it is running on a MacMini, Apple Mail, macOS Monterey Version 12.2.1. I am using the remote training script as an application. I have “Enable junk mail filtering” in Apple Mail turned off.

I am very happy with the setup. I have been saying “I get no spam” for many years. I even changed to a mail provider that had the option to turn off server-side spam filtering.
There is really just one problem with a mail I get regularly from a mailing list and is sent to my .mac mail address. It goes to the Junk folder every time. The sender is added to my contacts. Am I right in thinking it is Apple servers that do the move?

Yes, according to the headers it’s Apple’s iCloud server filter doing this:

X-Spam-Flag: yes
X-Apple-Action: DMARCINFO/Junk
X-Suspected-Spam: true

There’s no way to turn off the Apple filter, but please see Rescuing Good Messages Caught By a Server Filter to have SpamSieve move the good messages out of Junk automatically.
