Back when I updated to version 3, there was an issue with existing mail filtering and mailbox size. I truncated my large saved mail inbox into two parts to work around it, as suggested. Can I restore my saved mail back into one large mailbox again?
This is no longer an issue except for very large mailboxes (like 100,000 messages vs. 5,000 before), which will still work but could make filtering slow due to an inefficiency in Mail’s AppleScript support.
