Malware in False Negative folder

I have just done a scan of my computer using ClamXAV and it has found a bunch of malware instances in .eml files sitting in the ~/Library/Application Support/SpamSieve/False Negatives/ folder. All the filenames end in “==.eml”

I don’t know the purpose of this folder - can I happily delete these files, or is there a reason to keep them there? From a “Quick Look” view, the ones I checked sure look like spam and I would not have wanted to open them.

This is nothing to worry about. Please see this page.

Many thanks, Michael!
