Messages from one gmail address are going to my junk mail folder. I have tried to train as good, and I have tried to create rules that identify the sender by name and by email address as good messages, but SpamSieve continues to put messages from that sender into the junk mail folder. Any suggestions?
Usually when people report something like this, it’s not SpamSieve moving the message to Junk. Perhaps Gmail is moving them there before they even get to your Mac. Please see this page for how you can tell why this is happening and what you can do about it.
