I’m seeing messages stay in the TrainGood folder with my Outlook.com mail account. Anyone else seeing this? Thanks.
You can test the remote training setup by running the script using Script Editor. This will show whether the issue is with the remote training itself or simply that you haven’t received any new messages in your inbox to trigger the rule/script.

Thanks as always, Michael. I know the trigger is incoming mail and I thought I had gotten email on the Outlook account. I ran the script and the TrainGood folder cleared out. Sorry for the red herring.
If the script works but the incoming mail doesn’t, you could check that the Remote Training Mail rule is still there, active, and at the top of the list.
